The resounding success of the “3 Cans & A Good Time Happiest Hour” networking event on December 6th, 2023, marked a significant milestone in community collaboration, business networking, and charitable giving. Hosted by Team Real Estate Owner’s visionary Martin Taggart and co-hosted by Caleb Reed of A. Arnold Moving and Jaime Theisen of PuroClean of Olathe, the event not only exceeded its goal but showcased the unwavering support of local sponsors.

“3 Cans & A Good Time Happiest Hour” brought together business leaders and community members for an evening of networking and camaraderie, all while making a positive impact on the community through New Hope Food Pantry. Attendees enjoyed complimentary food and beverages, as well as the chance to win exciting door prizes, creating an atmosphere of generosity and collaboration.
Community Impact:
With a lofty goal of raising one ton of non-perishable food for the New Hope Food Pantry, the event not only met but exceeded expectations. An incredible 5,415 pounds of food was donated, bringing much-needed food to the New Hope Food Pantry shelves. More than 33,000 individuals have already been served by the New Hope Food Pantry this year—a stark reminder of the growing need for community assistance. The success of “3 Cans & A Good Time” contributes significantly to supporting those in need within the community.
Growth and Gratitude:
From its humble beginnings in October 2022, where just over 300 pounds of food were collected at the inaugural event, “3 Cans & A Good Time” has grown exponentially in just over a year. Martin Taggart, the brainchild behind the initiative, expressed gratitude for the collaborative efforts of co-hosts Caleb Reed and Jaime Theisen, as well as the invaluable support from sponsors.
